Is there any existing BL808D evaluation kit? Or is there any way to buy the BL808D chips and get a reference design?
Not yet. BL808C is able to drive RGB panel to 800x480.
Yes, but I am interested into the MIPI DSi video output
Squonk42 More time to wait...
But is there an available SDK and available chips?
Hi Squonk42 some parts of the BL808 SDK have just been released on GitHub, I added the links here: https://wiki.pine64.org/wiki/Ox64
lupyuen OK, thanks! But when there will be BL808D chips available? Is there any kind of developer program to enter to get access to chips?
Squonk42 Pine64 will be selling their Ox64 BL808 Board next month: https://www.pine64.org/2022/10/15/october-update-an-ox-no-bull/
lupyuen Yes, but it is a BL808C, not a BL808D. Is there any way to buy chip samples?
?
Squonk42 Temporarily not available for sale.
Ok, thank you for your answer! Please let us know when both chips will be available for sale and how.

I want the BL808D as well.
jerry49 That's a BL808C, not a BL808D, I already own this board.
Question about M1s Dock - how many pins has the FPC connector for LCD at the bottom? I just received one bare board.
That seems like a question for Sipeed, not Bouffalo.
My read of https://dl.sipeed.com/shareURL/MAIX/M1s/M1s_Dock/2_Schematic says it's a 26 pin connector.
Off topic: Is @Squonk42 also a Genesis fan?
robert Thanks for answer but I found specs on Sipeed site - it is actually 18pin FPC 0.5 connector
Hello, I am very interested in the BL808D as well and would really like if the BL808 chips were available at LCSC or other components resellers
Squonk42 I'm not quite sure what is the difference between BL808C and BL808D Could you explain? thanks
Deous BL808D has MIPI DSI, a popular interface for high resolution internal displays. The BL808C does not. I don't know about other differences.
