Ask here. Perhaps someone can help you and others at the same time. That's the point of the public boards - to build and share knowledge instead of just 1:1 tutoring. (I'm not sure that's totally working here, but it doesn't seem wise to abandon hope.)
You've also just learned at least one reason to not rely on individuals. I only check in here once or twice a quarter. Your question has been waiting an answer all this time.
